Coco Ceramics - SB³ Coatings

The owner convinced us to pay for future detailing jobs in advance for a discounted price, then he and his wife closed the business and moved out of Michigan without telling any of their customers in advance. We were there in late April getting the first car detailed, and they never told us they would be leaving shortly after so we would have a chance to bring our other car in that we prepaid for. We have tried contacting them every possible way for a refund, and we have been completely ghosted. Don’t trust them, and don’t give them your money. They will just take it and run.

Superb experience with Coco Ceramics! They did an awesome job detailing my 2026 Chevrolet Colorado. I chose the 8-year, 2-layer, 10H ceramic coating. It was completed on time as promised. The vehicle was radiant when I picked it up. Excellent service and very competitive pricing. Definitely recommend them for any detailing needs!

Chris and his team went above and beyond with my car. Chris is a great communicator - which is super important. He answers his phone whether your text him or call him. He makes time for you and answers your questions. He also doesn't beat around the bush, and gives you clear answers. He will tell you if something can or can't be done. Chris is also very professional and you can see he enjoys what he is doing. Which is what you want from someone who you're entrusting your car to. I brought in a car I just bought from a dealership. 30k miles but it had some swirl marks and other scraps and scratches. Chris performed paint correction and a ceramic coating, and let me say the car looks like it just left the showroom. Super job! On top of that, Chris went the extra step and detailed the interior including cleaning off sticker residue on the interior of the windshield, which was left over from a really bad windshield repair company. Price on the whole job was super reasonable as well. Overall very happy with the result. Thank you Chris and team!!

This is the 2nd vehicle I brought to them. Just like the 1st vehicle, I am very happy with their work. Strongly recommend them!! They really know their stuff and do a great job at it. My last vehicle looked like new when I sold it. Definitely 5 stars +

Coco Detailing did a paint correction and detailing on my 2008 GMC Envoy so we can sell it, and they made it look brand new! I was very impressed! They have great friendly customer service and treated my car like a brand-new Cadillac and not a 15 year old car. Their work will definitely increase my resale value. I definitely will be bringing more of my vehicles to them and will be recommending my friends and family! Great Job!
